Terrible service, called Dana and he said he would arrive in 1 hour and 2 hours later never showed up! Not someone you want to do business with, unreliable person and will make sure to tell all my coworkers what a shame. Stay away from this business.

I lost the key to my motorcycle and asked him to make a replacement. The original key worked for the ignition, gas tank, and back seat. I took him the back seat lock and he made a key that worked for it, but not the others. Understandable. He made a working key for what i gave him. So when i asked if he could make a key for the other 2 parts he said he would come by and do it. I called twice and verified that he could still make it and he assured me that he could. He never came by and never responded to my messages (since text messages are what he prefers). He can make a key for what you give him, but his professionalism is a joke. He doesnt take his own business serious at all.
